Link Your LSM Accounts
This form will allow you to link a livingstream.com account (Online Book Store Account) with another LSM Account (DMS, Standing Order or Other churches account).

Why Link Your Accounts?
Linking your accounts will allow you to:
- Apply Your Discount to Your Online Orders
Apply any discounts that you usually get when placing orders with the Book Section (by email or phone) to online orders. This means that you do not have to contact the Book Section directly to obtain your discount, you can just place your orders online and still get your discount. - Use Your LSM Account to Pay for Online Orders
If you have an active LSM Account (DMS/Standing Order) in good standing you can use this account to pay for online orders.

How to Link Your Accounts?
To link your accounts, you will need your latest LSM Account Statement (sent by mail or from statements@lsm.org) and the credentials to your livingstream.com account. If you do not have a livingstream.com account yet, you can create one here.
*Note: You can only link one LSM Account to one livingstream.com account.
